HIFU – High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

What is HIFU-

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) Non-Surgical Facelift is the latest clinically proven non-surgical cosmetic technology which uses HIFU technology to deliver heat energy to the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

This procedure helps to tighten & define the skin around the face and neck areas and aids in stimulating and renewing the skin’s collagen, improving the skin’s texture, and reducing sagging, leaving your skin feeling smooth and looking younger in as little as 1-2 sessions.

In fact, HIFU works to rejuvenate the skin (and deliver similar results) as a traditional facelift – but without the surgery, pain, or downtime.

HIFU heats the tissue at the target point of 65-75 degrees which creates spaced wounds and cellular friction – this action then promotes the body’s natural wound healing response to stimulate rapid collagen and elastin production, healing, and immediate contraction of the tissue.

Client Results

HIFU technology can deliver dramatic results in as little as one or two sessions, however the full effect of the treatment generally takes around 2-3 months to fully kick in.

Most people see full results three months after their final treatment. If you’re looking for a treatment that is quick, painless, and non-invasive, HIFU is an excellent option compared to a surgical face lift

Through this period most patients will continue to see a dramatic improvement in facial & body contouring and a visible reduction in fine lines and wrinkles for many months after.

How Many HIFU Treatments Will I Need?
Most clients only need one treatment. However this may be based on the degree of skin laxity, the biological response to ultrasound energy and the individual’s collagen-building process, some clients may benefit from another session. Because skin continues to age, we recommend to have a follow consultation 6months after first session.

How long will a HIFU Treatment take?
The length of the treatment will depend on the area being treated. A face and neck procedure typically takes 90 minutes, while a chest treatment on its own takes approximately 30 minutes. Body areas will vary from 60mins to 90mins.

How Much Does HIFU Cost?
The cost of a HIFU treatment can range widely depending upon the size of the area being treated. Cost ranges from $495 to $1,500.

Is HIFU Safe?

HIFU is considered a safe, effective, and non-invasive procedure for tightening the facial skin. Its advantages over a surgical face lift are hard to deny. There are no incisions, no scarring, and no required rest or recovery time. HIFU is also far less expensive than a face lift
The HIFU procedure has been used safely in over 250,000 treatments worldwide. Ultrasound energy itself has been used safely in the medical field for more than 50 years. It is important however to have a detailed consultation.
